1. Who we are

MyTag.Live is a service by TeksFix ("we"), a brand of Daniel Souza dos Santos, sole trader in Portugal, Portuguese tax number (NIF) 311018858, address Rua 25 de Abril, 423, 2.º Esq. Frente, 4415-079 Perosinho, Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.

2. What MyTag.Live is

MyTag.Live lets you create a public page with your links, gamertags, Setup page and other content, at an address like mytag.live/your-nick. The features available depend on the plan and may change over time.

3. Minimum age

If you are under 13, your account is only active after your parent or legal guardian approves it, using the link we email to them. Without approval within 7 days, the account is deleted. If you are under 18, you may only use MyTag.Live with permission from your parents or guardian, who are responsible for how the account is used.

4. Your account

• The information you give when signing up must be true, and you must keep your email up to date.
• You are responsible for everything that happens in your account. Keep your password safe and tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
• One person may have several accounts, but may not use them to deceive, spam or get around a suspension.
• You can delete your account at any time in Dashboard › Account.

5. Nicks

• You can change your nick once every 30 days. Your old nick stays reserved for you for 30 days and then becomes free.
• Some nicks are reserved (site pages, brands, offensive terms).
• Nicks of accounts without a plan: if your account goes 30 days without an active plan (including after the free trial), your nick may go to someone else who asks for it. Your content stays saved and you choose a new nick when you come back. We email you when your plan or trial ends.
• We may remove or change a nick that impersonates another person, brand or creator, or that infringes the rights of others or these rules. Whenever possible, we will warn you first.

6. Plans and payments

MyTag.Live has three yearly plans: Casual, Pro Player and Top Pro Player. What each includes and the prices are at mytag.live/precos. Your public page is only online with an active plan.

• Payment: in Portugal and the rest of the world, in euros, by MB WAY (ifthenpay) or by card and PayPal (PayPal). In Brazil, in reais, by PIX. If your card is in another currency, your bank handles the conversion.
• Length: each payment gives you 12 months. There is no auto-renewal: we email you before it ends and you renew only if you want to.
• Changing plan: to a bigger plan, you only pay the difference for the days left (the end date stays the same). To a smaller plan, the change happens when your current plan ends.
• Free trial: when you confirm your email you get 7 days of Pro Player for free, no card and no commitment. One trial per email. When the trial ends, your page only stays online if you choose a plan.
• Immediate start and right to cancel: when you pay, you confirm in a checkbox that you want the plan to start right away. We keep the date, time, IP and the text you accepted, as proof.
  • Billing in Brazil: you can cancel within 7 days of payment and get the full amount back (Consumer Defense Code, art. 49).
  • Other countries: you can cancel within 14 days of payment; since you asked for the plan to start right away, we refund the amount for the remaining days (Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014).
  Ask for a refund at [email protected]. There are no refunds after these periods. Your plan goes back to what you had before.
• When a plan or trial ends: visitors see your page as AFK (only your photo, name and nick). Nothing is deleted and everything comes back when you activate a plan. After 30 days without a plan, your nick can be given to someone else who asks for it (your content is kept and you pick a new nick when you come back). Accounts that never paid are deleted 90 days after the trial ends, with an email warning 7 days before.
• Minors: under 18 you can only pay if your parent or legal guardian knows and authorises it. Under 13, the account must be approved by the guardian.
• We may also offer plans (for example, gifts), with or without an end date.

7. Gift codes

You can buy codes to gift MyTag.Live to someone else or to give away (for example, on your stream). We may also give you codes (for example, to partners).

• Purchase: each code is worth 12 months of the chosen plan. Up to 10 codes per purchase and 20 per day. Bigger packs (only for Pro Player and Top Pro Player accounts) have a price agreed with us.
• Validity: each code can be redeemed for 12 months after it is created. After that it expires, with no refund.
• Who can redeem: new accounts (including during the free trial), accounts whose plan has ended, or accounts 30 days or less from the end of their plan (in that case, the time is added to the end of the current plan). A code cannot be used to move to a lower plan before the current plan ends.
• Who gives it: the nick of the buyer (or of whoever we gave the code to) is shown on the redeem page.
• Careful: a code works for the first person who uses it. Never show it in public (for example, on stream): send it to the winner by private message. We are not responsible for codes shared or used by others.
• Refund: you can ask for a refund of codes not yet redeemed within 14 days of purchase (7 days with billing in Brazil). Refunded codes stop working. Codes already redeemed are not refunded.
• Not allowed: reselling codes or using them for fraud. In that case we may cancel the codes and the accounts involved.

8. Your content

The links, text, images, HTML code and other content you add to MyTag.Live remain yours. So that we can show your page, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, adapt to the site format (for example, convert images) and display that content, only to run the service and to show or promote it (for example, with a screenshot on the home page). This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for temporary backups.

You confirm that you have the right to publish everything on your page and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

9. Content rules

Everything you publish must follow the Content rules. Affiliate links and sponsorships must be labeled as such (the Setup page has labels for this).

10. Custom HTML

Custom HTML (Top Pro Player plan) lets you build your page with your own HTML and CSS. For security, the code goes through a filter that removes what is not allowed (for example, JavaScript and forms), and every version must be approved before it goes live. We may reject or take down a version that does not follow these rules.

11. Stats and links

MyTag.Live counts visits to your page and clicks on your links to show you stats. To do this, the links on your page go through our address (mytag.live/go/…) before opening the destination. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

12. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend or close an account, or remove content, if these terms or the Content rules are broken, if the service is abused, if there is a risk to other people, or if the law requires it. In exceptional cases, we may also temporarily redirect a page. Whenever possible, we explain why. If you think we made a mistake, write to [email protected].

13. Third-party services

Some features (live status, goals, clips, schedule and channel stats) use data provided by third-party platforms such as Twitch, YouTube and Kick. MyTag.Live does not control those services and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy or real-time updates. These features may be changed, suspended or removed if the platforms change their rules or stop providing the data.

14. Availability and changes to the service

We do our best to keep MyTag.Live available and secure, but there may be outages, maintenance or interruptions. We may change, add or remove features. If a change significantly affects your plan, we will tell you in advance.

15. Liability

MyTag.Live is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of followers, income or opportunities, or for the sites that links point to. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, or your rights as a consumer.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before that date.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Vila Nova de Gaia have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to consumer protection rules: consumers may go to the courts of their country of residence and rely on the consumer protection laws that apply to them.

For consumer disputes in Portugal, you can use an alternative dispute resolution body, such as CICAP – Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto (www.cicap.pt). You can also use the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações).
